By accessing or using RoomRefit, you agree to these Terms of Service and to use the website, accounts, checkout flow, and generated outputs lawfully and responsibly.
You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction to use paid services. If you use RoomRefit on behalf of a company or other entity, you confirm that you have authority to bind that entity to these terms.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, the security of your login credentials, and all activity that occurs through your account.
Paid subscriptions and digital purchases are processed by Paddle.com, our authorized online reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle handles checkout, payment processing, tax collection, invoicing, customer billing support, and order-level refund handling.
You must review the plan, price, currency, billing cycle, and renewal terms shown at checkout before completing payment. Where applicable, subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.
If your purchase is a recurring subscription, you can cancel future renewals before the next billing date. Canceling prevents the next renewal charge but does not automatically create a refund for charges that have already been processed.
You may not use RoomRefit for unlawful activity, abuse the service, reverse engineer protected systems, interfere with authentication or checkout flows, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or upload content that you do not have the right to use.

The RoomRefit service, website content, branding, interface elements, and underlying software remain the property of their respective owners and licensors, except for user-provided content.

Refunds for RoomRefit purchases are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, in accordance with Paddle’s applicable refund handling and buyer support process.
If you believe you were charged incorrectly, purchased the wrong plan, experienced duplicate billing, or were unable to access the digital service after purchase, please contact support@roomrefit.com and include your purchase email and order details.
You may contact our support team first, and we may direct you to Paddle support where needed for order-level verification and payment handling. Please include the email used at checkout, the order reference if available, and a brief explanation of the issue.
Refund requests may be reviewed where there is accidental duplicate billing, clear purchase error, unauthorized payment, failure to access the purchased digital service, or other circumstances that qualify under Paddle policies or applicable law.
